Security sales consultant role overview:
- Working closely with a local based product consultant/engineer, you’ll get the chance to further establish and grow the European partnership(s), and further identify, qualify, nurture and convert potential customers and partners in Europe.
- Apart from the local technical advice and support, you’ll have the support both of inside sales, bringing in leads and opportunities, as well as a solid product team to show case to potential clients success stories, run PoCs and successfully deliver and implement PKI solutions.
- The role requires a sales consultant with good understanding and experience in the information security solutions and/or services, or solid experience in selling IT solutions and the ability to pick up new products, as there will be training and guidance on the specific solutions. If there’s experience or exposure to PKI (or relevant authentication/certifications/trust/IAM areas) solutions, that can be put to work right away, otherwise support and training will be provided. What’s also important, is the motivation to drive the sales and growth to the new market of Europe, with initial focus on The Netherlands, broader Benelux and Germany, as well as other neighboring
countries (but without a geographic limitation on potential customers if such opportunities arise).

Role Requirements:
- 2+ years sales experience in security products/solutions and services in Europe or relevant IT solutions and willingness to learn and sell solutions in the digital identity and PKI area. Good commercial mindset and approach, both on short and long term development of relationships, solution sales and converting those.
- Understanding of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and relevant areas, or the ability to quickly pick up and relate to existing cyber security or IT solutions related sales experience, to successfully add value to the efforts of bringing to market new solutions/services.
- Understanding of the market in Europe, and /or the potential of PKI solutions and which partnerships or direct customers / organizations can benefit from those. Experience with authentication solutions (e.g. PKI, signing solutions, eSignature) a plus.
- Understanding or the ability to quickly pick up eIDAS regulation related to signature types & regulatory restrictions, and important policies around identity vetting etc.
- Good experience with working with (key) partners and/or large organizations, guiding and advising them through security solutions/services and propositions with the ability to grow accounts and partnerships by seeing possibilities and leveraging the relationships developed to convert and successfully bring quality solutions to clients.
- Ability to work with the technical team to help apply the (PKI) solutions and relate to customers relevant use cases for authentication.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and ideally Dutch and German. Can work with stakeholders from different disciplines and different levels.
- Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to bring flexibility, perseverance and build relationships, helping the organization grow in a new promising market.
