As part of the Security Operations Center (SOC) team, bring your experience and skills in monitoring and utilizing security tools and technologies – SIEM, Next-Gen Firewalls, IPS, McAfee EPO, Vulnerability Management – for the smooth operation and administration of systems and networks of the organizations we work with and service.

Work with the internal team and with the stakeholders in the organizations serviced, for optimal monitoring and response, as well as collaborating with security analysts to resolve issues and optimize the systems and processes.

Some of the role details:

  • All around day to day monitoring and administration of systems and applications of multiple organizations
  • Managing incidents, changes and issues and managing from ticket issue to resolution
  • Help the new projects team with setting up the initial testing and monitoring of new organizations being serviced
  • Closely collaborate and communicate internally and externally for the overall security – detection, escalation and prevention of systems & networks

Requirements:

  • Interest and experience/exposure in the information/cyber security area
  • Similar or relevant experience in a technology environment, either in an internal role or servicing external organizations role
  • Curiosity, problem solving and service mentality, ability to learn and grow!
